The Cambridge Utilities Office is in charge of service sign-ins, sign-outs, billings, and collections for water and sewer service to areas connected to Cambridge Water & Sewer. We strive for excellent, courteous, prompt, and efficient customer service. The area served is divided into zones, with each zone billed quarterly. One zone is read and billed each month. Rates are available upon request.
