Parks and Recreation
The City of Cambridge Parks Department is composed of five parks throughout the City of Cambridge, offering over 110 acres of land: Northside Park, Jefferson Park, Hendricks Park, Gomber (Westside) Park and Southside Park.

Northside Park: City Pool, Parkside Tasty Treat, Historic Armstrong covered bridge, City Lake, Dog Park, basketball courts, sand volleyball, softball and baseball fields (including handicap accessible Challenger Field), football field, tennis courts, McFarland Stadium, walking trail, playground equipment (including Rotary inspired handicap accessible playground equipment), pavilions, modern restroom facilities (including handicap accessible Challenger Restroom).
City Park Armory (Northside Park): Park Office, NBA sized wood basketball court, dining room, kitchen, conference room, locker rooms and a bounce house (combo unit). Facility also serves as a disaster shelter for the American Red Cross.
Jefferson Park; located on Jefferson Avenue: playground equipment, modern restroom facility, basketball courts.
Hendricks Park; located along East Wheeling Avenue (below Cambridge Municipal Court): benches, picnic tables, mature shade trees.
Westside Park; located on Gomber Avenue between 2nd and 3rd Street: playground equipment, basketball court.
Southside Park; off Lincoln Street: pavilion, Wills Creek.
